This map shows estimated coverage for the W9ARP D-STAR repeater on 70cm. The blue area shows coverage for a portable station (HT),
and the green area shows coverage for a typical mobile station transmitting 50 watts.
Range testing (thanks Steve - WR9A) has shown that actual coverage corresponds very closely to this map.
The farthest range we have seen from the repeater to a mobile station so far has been 39.5 miles. 35 miles seems pretty typical.
